There could be no better retreat to immerse the adventurous tourist into the authentic heart of Provence and Côte d'Azur, than this magnificent six storey mediaeval gatehouse, built into the heart of the original 'rempart' and wall of Vence 'La Jolie'.
Whichever Studio you choose, you are certain to enjoy the authentic, rustic charm, with all the comforts of home, including a practical kitchen and private en suite.

There are five studios spread over four storeys of The Gatehouse. Studio 1, located on the ground floor, has easy access to the street, while entry to Studios 2, 3 4 & 5 is gained via the original stone-hewn spiral staircase leading to each of the separate levels. With this in mind, we suggest you consider the accessibility of the studios in terms of the relative mobility of each member of your party. Click here for a floorplan.
